European rail interoperability requirements are demanding, and they keep moving. TEL TSI consolidates what the industry knew as TAF and TAP TSI; OSDM governs how offers, orders and tickets are exchanged. Reading the regulation is the easy part. Turning it into data models, messages and processes that survive an audit is where projects fail — and where we work.
